What a fun place to browse, read for awhile, select and buy something that will entertain, inform, stimulate, or encourage you in the new year. Had a great time there New Year's Eve.

Me and the wife love going to BAM and always make a stop here when we are in town! Easy to find what we are looking for and if we can't the staff is super helpful.

Love this place , especially when your seeking a spot to relax, read a book, stretch your legs , grab a cup of coffee look out the window like your interested in the birds flying but yet you look Distinguishes lol, they have awesome prices on all theor books and merchandise, customer friendly, great staff, clean place , great location

My favorite BIG book store, I happily drive the hour from Flint to get to enjoy this place! Staff is usually pretty friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy a coffee. The bathrooms are clean. A few more chairs towards the back of the store (request from my 73 yr old mom) would be nice! All in all, alot of variety in books and tchokeys!

This is a fantastic place to buy both used and new books. There are lots of good deals/clearance books. My son was able to find several of his favorite books for $1.75! They have a eclectic selection of journals (my favorite area) and I appreciate that they offer seating around the bookstore to look through books. They offer a wide selection of children’s books as well as toys and diy kits. Candles, tv show paraphernalia/gifts even dvds. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (much more so than Mardels) and I didn’t have one employee grumble or roll their eyes when my kids came in to look at books. I enjoyed the coffee shop as well but I will save that for a separate review. I can’t always make it up to Tyler to go to Barnes & Noble but this is a wonderful substitute. Bathrooms are always clean. Anyone looking for a great family friendly bookstore will enjoy this place.

This bookstore was fantastic for me and my sister, we went here to get some books for ourselves as she's very big into mysteries and thrillers at the moment and myself wasn't looking for anything in particular, but I did find a art of war booklet. There was a book series that she was looking for in particular that she's reading at school right now , but they unfortunately did not have any of them in stock. So we went with another series in the same section, and it seemed to interest her so much that she wanted.The first two volumes rather than just book , which I was happy to oblige with. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with helping us find some similar reads and was quite nice. Whenever I'm in the area, I'll have to stop by to get a coffee at the coffee shop.
